Increase the flexibility of your cobot
Collaborative Robot Platform is a solution intended for projects that use collaborative robots (cobots, collaborative robots). While maintaining all the features of collaborative robots, the CS-CRP platform extends their flexibility with the functions of easy retooling and changing the installation location, depending on current production needs.
The use of transport wheels, as well as the light and compact structure, make moving of the platform between workstations very easy and does not require the use of tools or means of internal transport. The scalability of the solution allows the user to adapt the CS-CRP to specific technological requirements. Thanks to the use of advanced laser scanners, it also increases the level of safety at the workplace.
The platform enables integration with most collaborative robots available on the market. The connector meets the mounting standards used by leading manufacturers of collaborative robots such as Universal Robots, KUKA, Fanuc, OMRON, Hyundai, ABB and many others.

Higher level of security
Depending on the application, the CS-CRP platform can be equipped with 1 or 2 security scanners. Connecting them with the robot control system increases the level of safety of the work environment. The use of scanners, with appropriate definition of safety zones, allows for an increase in the effectiveness of robot work programs, which translates into shortened work cycle times.
We also offer the possibility of full integration of the workstation and its structure, development and programming of the safety system and execution of a technological program.
